While the Hubby and I were out to dinner in the Market Street area, we noticed a new restaurant under construction. Of course my Hubby noticed their amazing sign which of course he worked on ( Great work Bill's Signs). Me, I was caught by the name and the awesome logo. Yes, you did a great job on the sign Honey!!
A chicken salad place, what???
Seriously?
Do they only serve chicken salad?
I am intrigued!!
So I looked them up! Like their name says this is a chicken salad place where you can get chicken salad 15 different ways like Luau Lydia with pineapple and macadamia nuts or Rooster's Choice with cayenne bacon and cheddar cheese. The sides look awesome with options like chips, broccoli salad, grape salad (What is this?) and fresh fruit! They do offer other things besides chicken salad like Ham, turkey and Roast beef. Here is the full menu.
There is no opening date listed anywhere, but on their Facebook page they mention they are a month off from opening. So, look for a chicken salad sandwich sometime in late February/ early March.
